Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: April 20, 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the TensorCloud platform operated by Tensordata Global Private Limited. This policy is designed to protect the Service, our users, and the broader internet community.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

Illegal or Harmful Activities

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious software
  • Engage in unauthorized access to any system or network
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks or network flooding
  • Distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any exploitative content

Abuse of Resources

  • Cryptocurrency mining or proof-of-work computations
  • Circumventing resource quotas or usage limits
  • Reselling or sublicensing compute resources without authorization
  • Running workloads that interfere with other users' access to shared resources
  • Using GPUs for purposes materially unrelated to machine learning or AI workloads

Network Abuse

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Operating open proxies or relays
  • Port scanning or network probing of systems you do not own
  • IP spoofing or traffic manipulation

Content Restrictions

  • Hosting or distributing content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Generating deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive or harm
  • Training models on datasets obtained in violation of data protection laws
  • Deploying AI systems that discriminate based on protected characteristics

3. Security Requirements

  • You must use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
  • You must keep API keys and credentials secure and rotate them regularly
  • You must promptly report any security vulnerabilities or breaches to our team
  • You must not attempt to bypass namespace isolation or access other tenants' resources

4. Fair Use

While we provide generous resource allocations, we expect users to consume resources responsibly. Patterns of excessive or wasteful resource consumption (e.g., leaving idle GPU instances running indefinitely) may result in contact from our team to discuss optimization.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

We monitor usage patterns to detect violations of this policy. We do not inspect the content of your workloads except when necessary to investigate reported violations or security incidents.

6. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • A warning and request to remediate the issue
  • Temporary suspension of the offending resource or account
  • Permanent termination of your account
  • Reporting to law enforcement where required

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to support@tensordata.com.

8. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
