Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TensorCloud platform ("Service") operated by Tensordata Global Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TensorCloud provides on-demand cloud GPU compute resources, including but not limited to GPU-powered notebook workspaces, model inference endpoints, managed infrastructure services, and related tools for machine learning and AI workloads.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Organizations and Teams
Resources are scoped to organizations. Organization admins are responsible for managing team members, permissions, and resource quotas within their organization. Each organization is billed separately.
5. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
6. Billing and Payment
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service based on the pricing published on our platform.
- Compute resources (GPU hours, storage, API calls) are metered and billed according to your usage.
- Payments are due as specified in your billing cycle. Overdue payments may result in suspension of services.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
7. Resource Quotas
Organizations are subject to resource quotas (GPU allocations, storage limits, etc.). Quota increases may be requested and are granted at our discretion. We reserve the right to enforce quotas to ensure fair access for all users.
8. Data and Content
- You retain ownership of all data, models, and content you upload or create on the Service ("Your Content").
- You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Content. While we implement reasonable data protection measures, we are not liable for data loss.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime, whether planned or unplanned.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain Your Content for a reasonable period to allow you to retrieve it.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
